Core and cladding combinations range from 62.5/125µm, 50/125µm, and 9/125µm for OM1/OM2/OM3/OM4, and OS2 fiber specifications. Yes, we can offer duplex connectors for 2.0mm diameter breakouts. For 0.9mm diameter breakouts, duplex connectors are not available.

The breakout length is 0.5m by default. But when the total cable length (including breakout length) is not more than 3m, the breakout length is 0.3m by default instead of 0.5m.
In general, the cable will be packaged with a spool when the length reaches 100m. You can also note for adding a spool before ordering.
